			Ingredients in Our Soaps Olive Oil: We use a high percentage of olive oil in our soap because it's known for its special ability to attract external moisture while sealing in the skin’s own moisture. Coconut Oil: Obtained from the meat of the coconut, this oil produces a fluffy lather and has moisturizing qualities if used in moderation. Palm Oil and Palm Kernel Oil: Derived from the same palm tree, these oils allow us to produce a harder, longer lasting bar of soap with a great Lizzie’s Lather! Castor Oil: Castor Oil is known for its ability to retain moisture in the skin and contribute to lather. Cocoa Butter: Cocoa butter is pressed from cocoa beans, which are the same beans chocolate comes from! Cocoa butter is known for its skin softening properties. Chocolate is best known as one of Lizzie's favorite things in life...... Shea Butter: Shea butter is taken from the pits of the African Butter tree, also known as the African Karite tree. Shea butter has a high percentage of oils which are not affected by the soap making process. This means most of this butter goes directly towards pampering your skin! We put generous amounts of shea butter in all our soaps. Jojoba Oil: Jojoba oil is actually a liquid wax derived from seeds. It's known to attract and seal in moisture. Avocado Oil: Known for its moisturizing qualities, avocado oil contains high amounts of vitamins A, D, and E. Almond Oil: Almond oil is a natural emollient and helps condition skin. Apricot Kernel Oil: Apricot kernel oil is known to condition and moisturize the skin.
